You don’t need a visa to study at our school. If you have a tourist visa and are currently in the United States you may be able to take a short course. If you don’t have a visa you can still study at our school. Yes, classes are face-to-face with a teacher in a group class setting.

The Adult ESL program is available in both daytime and evening. Classes are four days per week (Monday to Thursday) in the morning from 9:00am to 10:30pm and at night from 8:00pm to 9:30pm.
The Adult ESL Program is usually four months long. It runs from September to December, January to April, and May to August. Remember, you must enroll one month before the program starts.
You can start your classes after you enroll. We accept new students for the Adult ESL Program three times a year. August, December, and April.

We don’t have interpreters for all languages. If you plan to visit the school but don’t speak English you are welcome to bring a friend, family member, or someone you trust who can interpret for you.

You can pay the tuition in two payments: 50% at registration and 50% after 30 days from the start of the session.

All students have a right to file a formal complaint with the school staff. Students should either submit a complaint by email to info@psolschool.org, or speak with a member of the administrative staff or school director by appointment.
The last date of the student's recorded attendance or the date the cancellation request date is the termination date.

If a student withdraws mid-term and intends to re-enroll the next term, there are 2 options.
Refunds shall be made within 30 calendar days of the date the student fails to enter, leaves the program, or fails to return from a leave of absence.

This is how these fees are calculated:
Payment of the partial tuition cancellation fees must be made in order to re-enroll into a future course/program or sessions.
Cancellation fee payment must be made within 5 calendar days of course cancellation.
